I am digging the upgrades since that app started, but as of recent I can't complete a purchase. There is currently something wrong...It prompts to select a location for a delivery/store location with a red box that says "your items aren't available for store pickup"....when its only instore pick up and the items are available and uninstalling the app and installing didn't fix the issue. To pay in full for the year to get the benefits but this really isn't working at all. I have emailed a few x's

Have to create an account, but when you start entering data, it's white letters on white background, so you can't see what you're typing. Then it says there are blank leading spaces that must be removed, but of course you can't see them. Finally, the online instructions for using membership don't make sense or match what I've seen actually happen.

They do NOT pull the items you have purchased prior to your arriving for pick up. Extending your wait time and no guarantee they can find it or haven't sold it to someone else. I paid for it, you charged me both for the items and app access but can't pull or do proper inventory? Fail.
