So, it started out great. And then yesterday, I went to open the app and it would crash before even opening. Every time. I needed it for class today and tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, and then I attempted to email them as a last resort. It said my email had been blocked. I had never emailed them before, so that makes zero sense. Finally, out of desperation, I downloaded it on my computer. I had to pay an additional $20 for the computer app after spending $15 originally for my phone app

App is currently not opening and continues to crash on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Use to work fantastically. Please work on fixing! This was such an amazing app! Update 7/16/20222 Still not opening, still crashing instantly 😒. 1 Star Aug 1, 2023 Update! Not sure if this is for everyone or for some reason just me, but for some reason the app started working again. I hope it stays this way. I used this app a lot to show clients of mine a more in depth view of the muscles after working on them.

I upgraded my phone, and the app no longer works. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it still crashes after a brief flash of the welcome screen. Please fix, I've had to tell a few patients, "I would show you what I mean [musculoskeletally] but my anatomy app isn't working." (And I could draw it out, but my artistic skills aren't great)
