Very poor UX (user experience). Cannot save the username and password and you cannot paste username and password. Very awkward when you have to remember and enter username and password every time. So unnecessary to design this app so badly when banks can design better security and still be user friendly. Even adding biometrics would be useful.

I cannot log in to the app. The registration process allows me to generate an account. It then sent me a username. But when I try logging in on the app I get an error message. When I click on the ligin link in the account creation email, it senda me to a web browser which greets me with a page saying that this page only works in debug mode. I already phoned Healthwise but even after uninstalling and re-installing, the app doesn't work. Where am I going wrong?

It's embarassing that, in 2024, an app doesn't memorise login details. When are you going to fix that?
