Used to work fine, but now says that I have an expired password and need to change it on my portfolio on the website. I followed those instructions and changed it, but the app gives me the same stupid message even after changing the password and powering my cell off then back on. I then tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that would make any difference. No luck. The app is unusable to me at present. I'm having to do my CKSA on a laptop in order to complete them in time.

I was doing well until about 2 weeks ago when my app went "Offline" & no matter what I did - uninstall then reinstall... multiple times, turn off the internet then on again, turn off wifi, then back on, etc. the appt will not connect w my internet. IDK where else I can get these questions answered and get credit for it. Guess will try the ABFM site.

App won't connect to server, tried to uninstall and reinstall with no benefit. Contacted abfm support and they told me to install and reinstall and that this was an iOS issue. Told support I already tried that without success and I'm on around so iOS isn't the issue. Was told just to use the computer rather than the app then. Yikes.
