đź’§HOW CAN WE TRULY MAKE A CHANGE?
Deep, meaningful, long-lasting change is often extremely difficult to achieve.
We often find ourselves fueled by a momentary spark of inspiration, making big and impressive changes to our lives. In reality, though, we find it incredibly challenging to keep up with these major changes and wind up falling behind on our immense commitments.
đź’§ Here comes the secret of MicroMitzvah...
Take on one commitment, keep it simple, as small as can be, and all you gotta do is remain committed to it, day in and day out.
Like water dripping on a rock, the change is not immediately visible, but it can be felt. The work of making a small, meaningful change is a sense of accomplishment. From this small change, more and more changes can happen with the focus, drive, and enjoyment of doing that first small act, day after day.
As the old saying goes...
“If you're persistent - you get it. If you're consistent - you keep it.”
KEEP IT SMALL, KEEP IT GOING!
The MicroMitzvah app invites you to join a 40-day challenge! Choose one small action, and keep it going consistently.

đź’§ ABOUT THE MOVEMENT:
The MicroMitzvah project was launched in loving memory of Azi Koltai, a wonderful young 13-yr-old who was lost in the Meron Tragedy of 2021.
Azi was all about small, kind, respectful gestures. He was about doing the right thing for the right reasons. His favorite nicknames for his siblings were “micro” and “tiny” which was funny as he was our youngest child. We just put these concepts together to form our push of “micro-mitzvah”.
