AM Cloud Employee is the official staff collaboration app for authorised AMNEEV Vision School employees in India. It is how school staff reach each other during the working day — direct messages, voice calls and video calls — alongside the attendance, task and meeting tools the school runs on.
Staff Chat, Voice Calls and Video Calls
- Call any authorised colleague directly from the staff directory — voice or video
- Answer or decline an incoming call from the call alert, with ringtone and vibration
- Mute, switch camera, change speaker and minimise a call to keep working
- Review your call history so a missed call can be returned
- Send direct messages with photos, files and voice notes
- Reach teaching and non-teaching staff without sharing personal phone numbers
Meetings and Training
- See scheduled staff meetings, RSVP and record attendance
- Read meeting minutes after the meeting
- View available training and request a seat
Tasks and Maintenance
- Receive and close the tasks assigned to you
- Raise a Building or IT maintenance request with photos and a location
- Handlers triage incoming requests; workers see only their own jobs
Face Attendance
- Complete guided face enrollment when enabled by the school
- Record attendance punches from the phone with supported device checks
- Capture attendance selfie and location details for school audit records
Secure Staff Sign-In
- Use your school-issued employee account
- Stay protected with secure session handling, PIN or biometric app lock
- Keep staff workflows separate from the parent/student app
- A simplified mode is available for support staff
This app is only for authorised school staff. Parents and students should use the AM Cloud parent app.
Microphone access is used for voice calls, video calls and chat voice notes. Camera access is used for video calls, face enrollment and attendance punch selfies. Location access is used only when recording an attendance punch. Feature availability depends on the school's AM Cloud configuration.
