The only purpose I had for using this app was to buy books, and even that experience has been so poor that I have been calling and messaging for the last 20 days, but neither am I getting any response, nor have the books been delivered, nor has my money been refunded. If you are unable to manage this service properly, then is this book-ordering facility only meant to trouble students?

The running process of the app is very slow, I request you with folded hands, please don't purchase any course from this platform , it is irritating and time waste and don't purchase any book from this platform

I've been using the booster academy for 3-4 days. The servers they have are worst as I have never faced that much issues with any other ed tech app. I'm not able to watch an offline download video without internet then why would I download the video . I am not able to open pdf files. I feel so bad to buy a course from such an academy.
