Not a good experience with the application. I have purchased a book made payment but even after 7-8 days there is no response from there side and the number they have provided is showing out of network coverage area. Even after raising so many complaint no response has been received yet. I have also tried to contact their team but nobody is responding. If you can't manage the proper distribution of books then you should not handle these kind of activities. People face so many difficulties.

The only purpose I had for using this app was to buy books, and even that experience has been so poor that I have been calling and messaging for the last 20 days, but neither am I getting any response, nor have the books been delivered, nor has my money been refunded. If you are unable to manage this service properly, then is this book-ordering facility only meant to trouble students?

The running process of the app is very slow, I request you with folded hands, please don't purchase any course from this platform , it is irritating and time waste and don't purchase any book from this platform
