Ratings and reviews

Even through this coronavirus that were going through, customer service still got to me within a matter of time to help me with any issue I might have had. Whether if it was shipment, delays, or anything else that could have possibly went wrong, they were there to take care of it and in a very nice manner too.

I ordered my furniture on May 24. The order hadn't been processed for over a week. I contacted customer service online. They processed the order, and then said the items would ship by 6/8. It's now 6/15, and they have not shipped. On 6/12/20, I requested an update or a refund, and have not received either.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. My orders have be been delivered on time and my products were more than expected 🙂. Great company and experiences. I do recommend!!!!!
