Love the furniture! Did not have a good experience with the delivery service Classy Home used.They were not qualified on how to get the furniture from the truck through the door. They took the plastic off the furniture, so it got damaged. If my husband had not been here to coach and help it would not have worked. Because of the width and weight, a lot of maneuvering was necessary. Blankets had to be used so the furniture could slide through the door. Classy Home did take care of damages.

I ordered my furniture on May 24. The order hadn't been processed for over a week. I contacted customer service online. They processed the order, and then said the items would ship by 6/8. It's now 6/15, and they have not shipped. On 6/12/20, I requested an update or a refund, and have not received either.

I enjoy being able to look up items on the go. Sometimes I think of an item I am interested in and can go immediately to it when shopping for my decor. No need to wait until i get home. Love it.
