Correct choice of products and thicknesses for insulating pipes and ducts for condensation, heat loss and fire.
The message is simple; by insulating correctly, you save energy, save the environment and, in addition, money!
The APP calculates the correct insulation thickness for pipes and ducts in accordance with the energy and fire requirements in the Building Technical Regulations (TEK'17).
TEK'17 states that pipes, equipment and ducts connected to the building's heating and distribution system, including the tap water system, must be insulated to reduce energy loss. When it comes to fire, TEK'17 says that it must be carried out so that installations do not significantly increase the risk of the spread of fire and smoke.
