The Dancers Resource is an app designed to assist dancers with the necessary information on clubs that

they would otherwise have to find out personally by trial and error.

The information includes auditions, wages, manager info, club vibe, and experiences. The social media

aspect includes dancers talking about all things work-related as well as tips for staying safe and making

time at work as efficient as possible.

Select your desired country, state, and county and get all clubs in that area. Then select a club to find

out the address, phone number, working hours, type and number of stages, audition info, and more. See

how much you will get paid roughly in the “money talk” section. Additionally, add or read reviews for

the money, auditions, stage, and connections.


■ DRESSING ROOM

Browse chronologically ordered social posts and answers from dancers like you. Ask questions, give

answers, and connect with other dancers around the country.


■ INCOME TRACKER

Track your earnings as a dancer in an intuitive and simple income tracker that helps you stay conscious

Ratings and reviews

One bug is that if I try to un-heart a club, either from the Club Favorites page or the individual club page, it will still be on my list when I go back. I liked a lot of clubs when I first got the app, and my plan was to use that as a bookmark and remove clubs as I do more research. Another use was to temporarily save clubs I might like for potential travel, but I don't want to like them now if they're not removable once I've traveled there.

The search function is SO tedious and annoying. You have to select the country, state and city before you can see a list of clubs, there's no way to just search the club's name, so you need to know exactly what city the club is located in before searching. If you hit the back button you get to do it AGAIN. I was curious about the paid version but I doubt it's worth the money if the interface is this clumsy. Fixing it so you can search by the name of the club would make it so much better.

Do not buy VIP, it doesn't work. This app is a nice idea but very half assed and broken. The free version is pretty much club reviews. As long as you have an email you can post whatever wherever you want. For $5 per month they claim to have more options for networking and "industry only" forums, but after purchasing the app doesn't recognize they processed payment and took my money, so it keeps telling me to pay for VIP. Very broken and out dated app that doesn't seem like it was ever finished.
