Confused, laggy, and is it necessary? I've accepted the permissions, rebooted, and the interface is as simple as it should be just for a scan. Doesn't work at all. If it doesn't scan or not, can it at least tell me if it's not authentic too? now I'm second guessing myself if it isn't real and cant really return these once the seal is open. provide a report link too?

It's pretty difficult to get an image that the app is satisfied with to begin with. Once I have, it gives me two options. "Rescan" or "Capture". rescan you have to try to get another image. Capture saves it somewhere, but nothing else happens. no more progress. wth?

Complete garbage app. I tried to scan the filter multiple times which was perfectly aligned with my S25 Ultra camera and crystal clear, but it didn't work. I tried The flash. in addition, there is no report option for possible counterfeits. Come on, Samsung. This makes me want to go towards Apple, or anyone else.
