It's pretty difficult to get an image that the app is satisfied with to begin with. Once I have, it gives me two options. "Rescan" or "Capture". rescan you have to try to get another image. Capture saves it somewhere, but nothing else happens. no more progress. wth?

Confused, laggy, and is it necessary? I've accepted the permissions, rebooted, and the interface is as simple as it should be just for a scan. Doesn't work at all. If it doesn't scan or not, can it at least tell me if it's not authentic too? now I'm second guessing myself if it isn't real and cant really return these once the seal is open. provide a report link too?

You make us scan a QR code. Download an app. Then scan the same QR code but your app doesn't work. It won't scan the QR code. I even used a phone stand but it just keeps going back to the instructional page on how to can the QR code. Is this why my fridge isn't making any ice? it's an older model. I'm never buying any of these appliances again. it's the same filter style I purchased from home Depot just months ago. the last worked just fine and I didn't have to scan anything.
