The Craic is designed to get people off their chairs, and phones, to meet new people again, in real life, in real time.

From Café View to City View, you choose how far you want to see and be seen - but the kicker is that no one can chat or connect unless they're nearby and greet each other in the real world. Back to basics baby!

The app ensures perfect privacy, allowing you to be only visible to people around you based on your preferences, and vise-versa. If you don't want to be seen by guys, that's fine, turn them off. You can also go ghost mode whenever you want, and you will always be auto ghost-moded as soon as you close the app.

By searching for the kinds of hobbies and music you like you can use the app to find where your types of people are, where the good or busy bars are, or where everyone is watching the game. The Craic guides you to the best places and the people you'd like to know, or just simply let's you meet that other person, sitting nearby in the same café, that's also looking to say hi to someone new.

Because you can't chat or match on the app, there is no associated social media anxiety or addiction. It's just you and the world; open it up a little... and then put down your phone and meet someone new.
