The long receipt upload option doesn’t seem to work as advertised. Even though it says you can upload more than three images, very long receipts (like 2 meters) can’t be fully uploaded. When you try to split them into multiple parts, the system rejects the submission. It feels like there’s no proper way to submit long receipts, which is really frustrating and makes it seem like Dubai mall is trying to avoid awarding points purposely

The app feels poorly designed and unreliable, crashing nearly half the time. Uploading receipts is especially frustrating, to the point where it almost seems deliberately difficult, making it unnecessarily hard to submit them and claim points.

Guys it used to be way better. What happened? No navigation rpute in the store anymore. The slowness hits the sky. Before it used to find my vehicle by number (but never identified number properly). Now it was absolutely not possible. At least let people search by color (there is not much orange cars!). Or car brand. I believe AI would recognize car brand of it is not modified. If you enter only one letter, a lot of trash photos and even random people photos are shown.
