They just find a reason out of nowhere to reject the submitted receipts. Not a convenient service at all. Also using the app is a pathetic experience as it is slow and laggy.

Hanging every time after you link Skywards account. You can use it once. After that never opens and you must reinstall app. Same in my Samsung S24 Ultra and my wife's iPhone 14 pro An update Nov 2025. App doesn't work at all as on both Samsung and iPhone for a couple of weeks at least.

the search function needs to be better, I could search way better on their mall directory than this app very sluggish too and you can't search and change the words again I had to go out to the main and search again
