If you think there is a more useless app, think agai. This is the definition of a sub par app with nothing to redeem. I actually booked one of the spas for a buy 1 get 1 and when I got there the receptionist tried inputting their code only to be met with a "don't have access to this app". Long story short, I cleared the cache of the app and lo and behold all offers to that spa vanished so I ended up paying full price and only offer for another spa showed up. Xperience, one to be forgotten.

Saw many users complaining about app crashing. Pretty stable for me. Only issue is when using maps to see what is around it will zoom out on its own. Unfortunately not all offers compare to original app the entertainer. No theme parks, not all restaurants. I have Dubai one but this one is free with visa credit card. Use it today and worked well.

Extremely useless, no any useful offers whatsoever, never been anywhere in Dubai where I asked if they have a discount on the xperience app and one said yes we have, in fact no one knows the app exists, it's sad and a waste of space on your phone.
