Weather card fixes for playlists.
- Weather cards now advance to the next item after their display interval instead of staying on screen.
- Weather refreshes on the card's refresh time (default 30 min), not every time the card loops around.
- Keeps the last reading if a refresh fails, instead of going blank.
- "Current Location" cards now resolve location correctly.
- Forecast days and temperature unit from card settings are applied.
