Although I appreciate the concerted effort by Coles to connect with their customers in a more personalised sense, I'm yet to see improvements within store that benefit customers. I was excited when I saw the post from new CEO Leah Weckert asking customers for their thoughts on what Coles could do better and what is does well... however I was disappointed that no feedback was provided (eg: summary of concerns / ideas for improvement / etc.)

Can access it in my ipad but on my mobile all I get is unable to load page when you click on already a member. Don't bother joining as there's too many bullies in there who don't allow anyone their opinion especially if they're a new member. Very cliqueish, more like primary school or high school at times so if you want to be bullied then join if you don't then stay away. The clique members wonder why so many have left so quickly. 🤔🤷♀️🤦♀️. Wouldn't recommend.

The Check-in function doesn't work, nothing on that page works. Had to go back to the old app. That function stopped working again from around 2022-11-11 or before.
