Chasing a glittering school of anchovies, a young shark named Shami lost sight of Mom and Dad.
The tide swept Shami into a narrow city canal in Busan, and when the water dropped, a sandbar blocked the way back to the sea.
The bridges are packed with onlookers. The only company is Ducky, a rubber duck that floated by.
Now it is your turn to get Shami home.
Shark Canal Escape is a shark game and a gentle ocean adventure: tap your way around a canal map, gather what the water brings, and finally swim out to the open sea. It is a shark escape story with no death in it.

Tap a place and Shami follows the waterway with a flick of the tail, gliding under bridges and leaving a trail of bubbles.
Start at the shallows, the seaweed nest and the fountain, then open up the bridge, the stone steps, the junk pile, the reeds, the sandbar and the drain pipe. Nine places in all.
Things that drift in overnight cost no actions. Just tap to pick them up.
A shark who thinks like a person
Shami is a shark, but plans like a tired swimmer stuck in a canal. What would you need to get out?
Patch rubber tubes into an amphibious boat, find a surfboard and ride the rescue team's water jet, or build a giant megaphone to call Mom and Dad from the open sea.
Each escape route asks for a different path around the canal. Finish all three in one run and a hidden ending awaits.
Four actions a day
You get four actions each day to keep oxygen, food, stamina and courage above zero while you gather escape parts.
Every place deals a situation card, and your choice decides what happens. Riskier choices pay more, and the odds are printed right on the button.
Rain, storms, heat waves and strong currents shake up each morning.
No one gets hurt
If anything runs out, Shami simply falls asleep and a rescue team takes gentle care of the little shark. There is no death.
Each new way to fall asleep carves a Canal Memory that makes the next run stronger (8 in all), and each finished run levels you up to flip one of 12 reward cards.
19 endings to collect
Escapes, sleepy endings and hidden stories make up 19 endings, with 108 situation cards and 33 finds for your collection.
The arrival and every escape play out as pixel-art comics.

A run takes 10 to 20 minutes, and closing the app never loses your run. If you are after shark games offline or an escape game offline for the commute, it plays with no connection at all and has no in-app purchases.
