YES, you need REALLY good internet to install the app and to do the initial load of the pages. YES, it can take a while. BUT! It so very, very worth it! Looks amazing and you can move around and zoom in without losing definition. (Don't forget to check the front and back covers, btw!) After the initial app installation and the first time it loads the images, you no longer need to have strong internet and the photos will load fairly quickly. I love my book and want the others!! AMAZING!

Worked okay the first time. It did take a while, but it eventually loaded. Chalked it up to slow internet. Trying to use it on the same book a second time and can't get past the initial loading page. I have a strong LTE connection too. So aggravating.

App won't load on my Samsung Galaxy s10e. I've even tried un installing and re installing. It absolutely DOESN'T WORK. On reading other reviews I'm not the only person with this problem. I spent $20 on a book from Amazon and the App doesn't work on my phone!
