About this app
The Frappé Factory is a coffee shop in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. With this app you order from your phone and pick it up in store, with no line and no waiting for someone to take your order.
THE FULL MENU, ALWAYS CURRENT
Close to 200 items across 14 sections: hot coffee (cortadito, ristretto, cappuccino, latte, americano), tea, chai, and every house frappé: Tip-Top, Premium Quality, High Quality, classic fruits, supreme fruits, fruit cups, iced coffees, frozen coffees, desserts and water. Prices and availability come straight from the store's own system, so what you see in the app is what we actually have today.
BUILD IT YOUR WAY
Pick the size, add flavors, cream or extra shots, and set the quantity. Need something specific? Leave a note for the bar: "no sugar", "light ice". The total updates as you go, so there are no surprises at the end.
PAY WITH ATH MÓVIL
When you confirm your order, a payment request lands in your ATH Móvil app. You approve it there and your order goes to the kitchen. If you don't approve it, nothing is charged and the order is not made. You are in control.
IN-STORE PICKUP, AT THE TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU
Order for "as soon as possible" or choose the time you'll swing by. The app shows today's hours and warns you when we're close to closing.
WATCH YOUR ORDER MOVE
Received, Preparing, Ready, Picked up. You see it on screen with a progress bar that moves on its own, and also in a notification on your lock screen, so you never have to call and ask if it's done. When it's ready you also get a text message.
ALL YOUR ORDERS IN ONE PLACE
The Orders tab keeps your history. Even the ones you placed at the counter show up there, marked "En la tienda", because they're matched to your phone number.
YOUR ACCOUNT, SAFE AND YOURS
You sign up with your name, phone and email, and we verify the email with a six-digit code. If you want, turn on your phone's own fingerprint or face lock to open the app or to confirm an order: both start off and you decide. And if you ever want to leave, you can delete your account from inside the app.
BUILT FOR ANDROID, NOT COPIED OVER
Real dark mode. A home screen widget that shows how your order is going at a glance.
