I've been using Gini Help for over a month. For my purpose, which is to screen out scam calls but still maintain a professional appearance when customers call me, I think it does very well. Other apps I tried handled the AI directly on my phone and it did not perform as well. I think the app has room for improvement, but the team at Gini Help has been diligent in updating the app and making it better. I expect it to get better so I'll keep using it.

I highly recommend this app. the amount of scammers calling is insane this app actually stops all them calls it's screens the calls and if it's not a legitimate person it won't let them through man so happy these calls stopped immediately upon signing up great job guys much appreciated 👍💪💪💪

This app did exactly what I needed it to do. It gave me freedom in my work day from distracting and unwanted marketing calls.

What’s new

Setup is more accurate. Gini no longer guesses which phone company you use, and verification now works for more people, including when your carrier hides your caller ID. If you are moving your number to Gini, a new readiness check tells you up front whether your phone is ready. Plan prices are shown more clearly on the plans screen. Plus small fixes throughout.
