Tried it out to get the 15% off my purchase but the intake form if off. 1. Requires you to put apt num, min 5 characters? 2. Price jumped to double in USD? 3. Online platform shows shipping from USA, free. App shows shipping from elsewhere with cost for DHL shipping. 4. The app seems seamless to navigate vs the website, which takes some time to load. 5. Don't want to waste time scrolling same item repeated as individual separate items just because the color is different.

The worst service you will ever see, you purchase, pay online, receive wrong items, complain, someone comes and collect the wrong item, then they vanish NO ONE will bother to reply to you in any chanel! And keep in mind they dont have any contact number, only email and messages on website and Instagram. You can not reach them at all. The worst service ever.

I used to consider this company one of the best in terms of customer service and product quality, but sadly, they have switched 180 degrees to the worse side. My recent order has been delayed for over a month, despite paying for expedited two-day delivery. This level of service is unacceptable and a significant departure from what I’ve come to expect as a loyal, frequent customer. Regrettably, this will be my last time purchasing from them.
