Whats going on with this Apps.. it's so frustrating that we have to uninstall and re download the Apps multiple times inorder to clock in or clock out let alone trying to do changes of timesheet or summary. It's was working well for me for the last 4yrs and 2024 this year it started to have problems crashing all the time when trying to use the Apps. I have reported it many times but I never gets a feed back from anyone. This is so hopeless. The company is not even talking about it. Sad..!!

This app doesn't always work. I find it frustrating. Difficult to navigate and get it working again. Makes my job more difficult. When your ready to clock out and end your day. You can't. And you don't need to know where I am at all times. Even off the clock.

This is the worst app I've ever used, but I have to use it to get paid. It takes forever to open, if at all, is frequently offline, I can't open the Help page, and I keep having to delete and re-install it because it won't recognize my username and/or password.
