Fixes for problems starting a ride.
• Fixed rides not starting after granting location permission — the app now detects it immediately when you return from Settings
• Fixed the app going back to the previous screen instead of starting your ride on a slow connection
• Background location is now required before a ride starts, so tracking won't stop unexpectedly when your screen locks
