Months later and the app still doesn't work. Cannot scan rewards. and the people there can't figure out how to do it manually. And then in the store, they don't indicate medium large extra large on the menu. So you ask for a large and they give you the extra large 32 oz. This company is confused. You lost my business.

I drink a lot of Human Bean, but will be saying goodbye to the app and going back to the old fashioned stamp card. The app states $5 reward for every $55 you spend, but every time I make a purchase I receive considerably less credit on the app than the total of my purchases. Today, for example, I spent $16 and received roughly $5 in credit towards rewards. That makes the stamp card a better deal.

With the updates it's not so glitchy anymore. But, the app still isn't user friendly. There are 3 places to have your funds scanned when it really should all be in place. Also, having the preloaded card as the 1st option is frustrating. I prefer to use the option where it's taken straight out of my account. But then, if you have a gift card you have to go to a completely different spot to scan. Keep it simple. If we are at your stand we likely haven't had our coffee yet.
