EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go to use the app it forces me to do YET ANOTHER update. Do you have any idea how frustrating that is when I'm pulling up to the drive thru windows, trying to use the app to pay? The old app was so far superior to this that it's not even funny. And how is it an upgrade that I have to prepay into the app ala Starbucks rather than having my debit card directly charged through the app, like it used to be?

With the updates it's not so glitchy anymore. But, the app still isn't user friendly. There are 3 places to have your funds scanned when it really should all be in place. Also, having the preloaded card as the 1st option is frustrating. I prefer to use the option where it's taken straight out of my account. But then, if you have a gift card you have to go to a completely different spot to scan. Keep it simple. If we are at your stand we likely haven't had our coffee yet.

I used to never have this many issues with the old app. Seems like every time I go to use my app I have to relog-in where there's a glitch in the system. Like right now I can't even check my transaction history without it shutting the app out completely. And it also doesn't show my beans for the transaction I had just done until the next day when it used to be immediately. BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!!!!!!! I also could get real free drinks if it's over $10. AGAIN BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!!!!!!
