Really, I should have the option to give zero stars, because this app is garbage. Only two out of my four total orders have been delivered correctly, with the third delivery not being dropped off at all. There's no real way to get in touch with support, the automated system is completely useless, and the drivers do not pick up if you call them. Based on what the shop said when I called them about the missing food from my last order, the driver stole it from the bags too, so there's that.

Here we go with another janky dishonorable app okay left keys in my doctor's office in Beverly Hills they quoted me a price of $12.25 I left the driver a $5.00 tip.. it elementary it's simple math that's a total of $17.25. fabulous. Why do I get a text message from them telling me the total is $49.00 I would have walked to Beverly Hills. I am so sick of ppl always trying to get over now I have to waste my time trying to contact them and then have to contact my bank why for a simple delivery 🤬

We apologize for any confusion caused. The $49 figure you noticed in the app does not represent a delivery fee. Instead, it reflects the package value you declared while setting up the delivery—likely, you selected the option for items valued at less than $50, and therefore, we automatically assign a value of $49 to all packages under that category

DO NOT USE THIS APP! It is a rip-off. They take your card number and charge you then they do not deliver the goods. They claim the order was cancelled and for you to contact the restaurant. They do not respond to the support messages. They do not respond to the text that notified you of cancellation. They do not respond to the number given to your credit card issuer. Meanwhile you have also lost the money you paid the restaurant.
