Really, I should have the option to give zero stars, because this app is garbage. Only two out of my four total orders have been delivered correctly, with the third delivery not being dropped off at all. There's no real way to get in touch with support, the automated system is completely useless, and the drivers do not pick up if you call them. Based on what the shop said when I called them about the missing food from my last order, the driver stole it from the bags too, so there's that.

This is scam!! Loaded the app, followed the directions to order from the restaurant, entered the request "to fetch" and it kept saying "quote expired". My food was never picked up although I already paid for it, the support chat option does not allow you to type anything in it, and I had to google a number to call. After waiting 1 hr and 19 mins, the person picked up and said there was nothing they could do bc I had no order number, and a manager couldn't help me.

Horrible. I ordered food for my guests from a restaurant who didn't work with Uber Eats or Doordash. It was a fairly large order. An hour later I got a text from Doordash saying that my order was canceled. I don't know how doordash got the order to begin with. But hyperflyer has no customer service number or anything. So I lost the money that I paid them for the delivery fee. This is a very sketchy app and I would NOT recommend it.
