About this app

Kluy is a project and finance workspace for freelancers, agencies and small operators. Track the work and the money side by side, and keep clients and partners in the loop.

INVOICES
Create and send professional invoices, then track what is still owed. Invoices you send and invoices billed to you both live in one place, so you can see money coming in and going out. Record payments, review payments a client submits, and share a link to any invoice.

PROJECTS AND TASKS
Organise work on a Kanban board with your own columns and work types. Use sprints and a backlog when you want a Scrum flow, or keep it simple with a plain board. Add subtasks, due dates, priorities, labels, blockers and file attachments.

TIME TRACKING
Start a timer on any task and see it while you work. Tracked time rolls up by project, by person and by task, so you know how long the work actually took.

PAYMENTS
Keep a ledger of money in and money out, per project and across the workspace. Multi-currency, with exchange rates locked at the time of each payment so the numbers stay honest.

CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
Give clients and partners access to the projects that concern them, and nothing else. Chat and comments stay inside the project, so context is never lost in email.

Kluy also runs in the browser at thekluy.com. Accounts are created on the web; this app signs you into the same workspace so your data is always in sync.

Kluy is a business tool for closed teams. Projects, chat and files are visible only to the people the account owner invites.
