About this app

K-Lobby is a work app that manages a company's attendance, leave, and electronic contracts in one place.

When a company adopts K-Lobby, administrators create member accounts, and members use the app to clock in and out, apply for leave, and sign contracts.

• Clock-in/Clock-out Recording
Time is recorded when you press the clock-in or clock-out button at the workplace. The mobile phone only measures and sends the distance to the workplace; latitude and longitude coordinates are not sent to the server. The location is recorded only at the moment the button is pressed and is not read when the app is not in use.

• Clocked Time and Recognized Work Time Side-by-Side
The actual clocked time and the recognized work time are displayed together. If the two differ, the app shows the reason for the discrepancy, explaining which time was shifted by how many minutes.

• Leave
You can check your remaining annual leave down to the hour, apply for leave in full-day, half-day, or hourly increments, and receive approval results. Annual leave for employees working three days a week is also accurately divided into hourly increments.

• Electronic Contracts
You can read and sign employment contracts and annual salary agreements sent by the company directly on your mobile phone. You can immediately receive and save signed contracts.

• Work Schedule · Notices

Check your work schedule on the posted work schedule and receive company announcements.

• Administrator

Check and approve work records, manage leave, send contracts, and manage members on your mobile phone. Permissions are divided by the tasks you can perform, and the viewing scope is set to Self, Organization, or All.

K-Lobby is a service implemented at the company level, so individuals do not sign up through the app. To implement it for your company, please contact us at https://work.thektec.com/intro. There are no payments made within the app.

홈 화면의 출근 · 퇴근 버튼을 줄이고, 「출근 기록 삭제」는 근무 카드 안 작은 글자로 옮겨 잘못 누르지 않게 했습니다.
행사를 하는 사업장에서는 홈의 「오늘 행사」에서 행사 보고를 쓰고 사진을 찍어 올릴 수 있습니다. 사진에는 찍은 시각과 점포가 표시됩니다.
공지에 사진과 파일을 첨부할 수 있고(합쳐서 20MB까지), PDF · 한글 · 엑셀 등은 앱에서 바로 볼 수 있습니다.
회사 문서(PDF)를 앱에서 볼 수 있습니다.
근태에서 지난 주 · 지난 달로 넘겨 보고, 달 보기는 달력으로 봅니다.
서명을 마친 계약서는 원본 PDF로 받습니다.
