About this app

Whether for site visits, recurring inspections, or defect recording: THEMIS Lite helps you digitally document information directly on-site, locate defects on the plan, and automatically assign photos.

The app is suitable for structured documentation and evidence preservation in fire protection, occupational safety, building management and security, construction progress, electrical systems, as well as for inspections and regular self-monitoring.

Here's how to work with THEMIS Lite:

• Edit projects on your mobile device

Use pre-made projects, plans, text templates, and checklists on your Android device.

• Locate defects and observations on the plan

Assign objects, observations, and defects directly to the appropriate area on the plan.

• Automatically assign photos

Take photos directly during the recording process. The photos are automatically assigned to the corresponding object or observation.

• Conduct inspections in a structured manner

Edit checklists, confirm completed inspections, and use filters to quickly find relevant entries.

• Add audio recordings

Capture additional information as audio recordings and assign them directly to the corresponding objects or observations.

• Work online and offline

Fully synchronized projects can also be edited without an internet connection. With THEMIS Server, prepared projects can be synchronized and then further edited on mobile devices.

THEMIS Lite is the mobile complement to the full version of THEMIS. Projects and structures are prepared in the full version and transferred to the app. The data captured on mobile devices can then be imported back into the full version of THEMIS and further edited there.

Reports and logs are generated in the full version of THEMIS, not in THEMIS Lite.

For full use, you need a valid THEMIS Lite license and the full version of THEMIS. A demo account is available without a license to familiarize yourself with the app.
