I can't do anything with the app. Ever since I've installed it on my s24 Ultra, all it says within a pop-up at the startup of the app "There was an error parsing the server response, please try again later." I've had the app for weeks. Un-installed it today and reinstalled it. Nothing makes the pop-up go away, and nothing seems to make the app improve it's "glitch."

Completely unusable. New member and thought the app would be easier than navigating the website on my phone, but this won't even let me access anything. Json errors on some pages, and I get errors on the other pages that just say "Something went wrong."

I was excited to use this app so I can complete some of my introductory work on the go. However, nothing ever populated on the screens. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled twice with no change in results.

What’s new

Restoration of the Android application services, this release moves the Android application to use the new migrated backend the the NSLS system migrated to in the beginning of the summer.
Authentication is also done via our new system, leaving behind our legacy backend behind. Our apologies for the delay and the inconvenience.
