About this game

šŸŽÆ Hidden Odd

Is a single-player Android puzzle. In Hidden Odd, each round shows a three-by-three grid of nine cells. Eight cells share one vector shape and the first tint from a rotating color pair; the ninth cell-the odd one in Hidden Odd-uses a different shape from the same five-shape set and the second tint from that pair. You win each round in Hidden Odd by tapping that lone mismatch before the horizontal timer progress reaches zero.

🧩 Hidden Odd draws its artwork only from circle, triangle, star, diamond, and pentagon vector icons. Each new board in Hidden Odd randomizes the normal shape, the alternate odd shape, the two-color pairing, and which grid index hides the odd cell, so layouts remain unpredictable while the rule remains fixed.

ā±ļø Time pressure inside Hidden Odd follows the level shown on the screen. At level one the allowance is fifteen thousand milliseconds; for each higher level Hidden Odd subtracts seven hundred milliseconds, never dropping the value below eight thousand milliseconds. The bar tracks remaining time, and Hidden Odd shifts the progress tint to a stronger warning palette whenever fewer than four seconds remain.

āœ… A correct tap makes Hidden Odd cancel the timer, add score equal to one hundred multiplied by the current level integer, increase the session's completed-round count, and recompute level as one plus whole-number division of completed rounds by three, capped at ten. If that recomputation would exceed ten, Hidden Odd ends the run and moves on. A wrong tap or an expired timer makes Hidden Odd rebuild the grid immediately with freshly chosen parameters; for that attempt, score, rounds, and level do not advance.

šŸ“ˆ During play, Hidden Odd keeps the score label and level label on the gameplay screen updated from the active Room-backed session so you always see the current numbers without extra menus.

šŸ When a run ends after the final progression check, Hidden Odd writes the inactive session through Room, compares the session score against the stored peak value on the record, raises that stored peak when the new score is higher, records a completion timestamp, and opens the results screen. There Hidden Odd shows formatted lines for session score, the stored peak figure, level reached, rounds completed, and a Play Again button. Play Again deactivates previous sessions in the database, inserts a fresh session entity, and returns you to the puzzle screen with counters reset.

šŸ“± The launcher activity in Hidden Odd loads WebView content when the device reports an active network connection, following the URL logic coded in the app; without connectivity Hidden Odd loads the bundled English index.html from assets and shows the Next control that starts the puzzle after the database reset path used in code.

šŸ’œ Hidden Odd keeps scope tight: gradient-backed screens, vector cells, one core loop—spot the differing shape and tint, tap it under the clock—without advertising modes that are not implemented.

⭐ Open Hidden Odd for a short mental reset: scan nine tiles, commit one tap, and let Hidden Odd serve another board. The contract in Hidden Odd never changes—find the single Hidden Odd cell that breaks the pattern before the timer finishes—and every return session in Hidden Odd rehearses the same focused skill under Room-persisted progress until you choose Play Again or reach the coded completion branch.
