The company I work for uses Theralytics, but it is the least reliable application I have ever had the unfortunate unpleasure of using. It crashes very very often, and even when I save a draft of my notes they somehow always are erased after a crash. It uses so much background data and power too. I have had to re-download this app at least 6 times in the last 7 months and restart my phone on numerous occasions during sessions JUST because of this app causing errors.

The app usually doesn't work. I have no idea why companies choose to use this. Navigating 5 different menus to hit clock-in should be illegal. Most of the time it doesn't launch or taking up to 7 minutes to respond.
