The app sucks. It takes so long to load SOAP notes; I end up having to stay at work for an extra 30 minutes. Everyday I have the same problem. One SOAP note took 20 minutes to input. I no longer can write my notes on the app; I have to write them somewhere else so the app won't crash mid note and to save time. All of my coworkers are having similar problems. Even after closing the app out, restarting the whole device, etc. Each update makes the app worst.

Could be better. I really don't like how when I input a data point in the targets, it automatically advances to a random target. I'm always entering false data because of this feature. I know I can change the session settings for this, but I have to change it for every session. It should not automatically default to advance to a random target.

it's still way buggy the problem I see a lot is with the search function it will just keep going back to all the programs instead of staying on the same program that is in the filter.
