About this app

Thermal Labeler is an Android printing app for thermal receipt and label printers. Print receipts, invoices, tickets, labels and other documents directly from your Android phone or tablet.

The app supports thermal printers using TSPL and/or ESC/POS and works with printers connected via Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi. It is not tied to a specific printer manufacturer and does not require proprietary printer drivers.

TSPL is used for printing self-adhesive labels, while ESC/POS is used for printing on thermal receipt paper, including receipts, invoices, tickets and other documents.

Important: the application is intended exclusively for compatible thermal printers that support TSPL and/or ESC/POS printing modes.

The application is not intended for standard office, inkjet, laser, or other non-thermal printers and does not work with them.

Thermal Labeler acts as a bridge between Android and the thermal printer, providing control over label printing and printing documents on thermal receipt paper where standard solutions may not work or impose limitations.

Before printing, file content is automatically converted into a raster image, scaled to the actual label size or paper roll width, and prepared according to the selected orientation, margins, and printer settings.

For label printing, you can configure label width, height, gap, rotation, margins, print density, copies and other printer parameters.

For receipt printing, the app supports thermal roll paper, including common 58 mm and 80 mm widths, with configurable paper feeding and cutting after printing.

The application can receive printable content from other Android applications through the Android Print Service, making it possible to print supported documents directly from apps that use the standard Android printing system.
