About this app

ThermalLabeler Print Utility is an application for printing from Android devices to compatible thermal printers without being tied to a specific manufacturer or requiring proprietary drivers.

Important: the application is intended exclusively for thermal printers that support TSPL and/or ESC/POS printing modes.

TSPL is used for printing self-adhesive labels, while ESC/POS is used for printing on thermal receipt paper (receipts, invoices, tickets, and other documents).

The application is not intended for standard office, inkjet, laser, or other printer types and does not work with them.

Only thermal printers with a compatible TSPL and/or ESC/POS printing interface are supported.

The application acts as a bridge between Android and the thermal printer, providing full control over label printing and printing documents on thermal receipt paper where standard solutions do not work or impose limitations.

It solves a practical problem: how to print a label or a document on thermal receipt paper directly from an Android phone or tablet using a compatible thermal printer.

Before printing, the file content is automatically converted into a raster image, scaled to the actual label size or paper roll width, and prepared according to the selected orientation, margins, and printer settings.

ThermalLabeler receives the print data, accurately scales it to the actual media dimensions, and processes it according to the selected printing mode (TSPL or ESC/POS).
