in terms of report writing and being able to store pictures, the app does decently. At times, especially after updates, the app won't save a picture you take, and you will have to take it multiple times in a row to finally get it working. The GPS feature drains your battery very badly and can get very annoying at times. It's not a huge fan. When it comes to trying to post videos at all, the app will crash, so if you have body cam footage, don't even bother trying to post it. In Conclusion mid.

App works for the most part but 4 hours into your shift, it begins to glitch bad. When you're taking photos for your report. It'll shoot you out and start you all over. You have to take a picture and then save it. Then press edit to go back in and take your 2nd photo etc. Also you need to go to app settings and clear the cache. Usually 2-3 times a shift. It's very frustrating. Especially if you're writing a report and it decides to glitch. You must save every so often.

Constant crashes and freezing multiple times a hour. Doesn't run smooth since I've started using it for over a month now. Updating doesn't fix it. Needs to be fixed making my job harder than it needs to. I have more issues with the app than anything else at work when I need to close out and re open every couple of scans.
