App works for the most part but 4 hours into your shift, it begins to glitch bad. When you're taking photos for your report. It'll shoot you out and start you all over. You have to take a picture and then save it. Then press edit to go back in and take your 2nd photo etc. Also you need to go to app settings and clear the cache. Usually 2-3 times a shift. It's very frustrating. Especially if you're writing a report and it decides to glitch. You must save every so often.

Constant crashes and freezing multiple times a hour. Doesn't run smooth since I've started using it for over a month now. Updating doesn't fix it. Needs to be fixed making my job harder than it needs to. I have more issues with the app than anything else at work when I need to close out and re open every couple of scans.

This past week has been the worst experience I ever had with this app. (Only used it for a couple months with this new job) I cannot get through writing a whole report before it freezes then have to force it to stop. Been having to write my report in a memo and copy and paste just to complete a report. I use this app all day everyday for work and it's making my life HELL. Please update and fix this
