At times at simply won't let me log in, correct password and everything it just says unavailable this has put me out when I need to send money or transfer funds. Very glitchy, very inconvenient compared to my other banking apps. There are times where I am logged in and I try to use zelle, and at randomly won't process. When it works it works fine, but I'd say 2 times a month I run into this issue, and when you're holding my money I need to have reliable access to it.

This app is OFTEN not working for days at a time which is very frustrating since I like to keep a close eye on my bank account, I check my account here at least once daily so when it's down for a week or more (who knows how much longer this time) it has me considering switching banks which is a bummer because there are 3 locations very convenient to my frequent travels. I've had an account with this bank for over 12 years and this garbage app has me really contemplating switching.

I've been using this app for a long time, but now that I have a new phone and have installed it on the new phone, it no longer works. The app won't even open past the logo, won't go to the sign in page at all. I'll try to racing the cache, erasing all data, force stopping and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, you name it. Waited a month to see if the developer would fix it, but they have not. I will be switching banks unfortunately because it's how I do 95% of my banking. Disappointed
