A worthless app 90% of the time. Nearly every time I try to use it, it's just a frozen screen that won't let me press anything on the screen. This has been an issue for YEARS, and has not been fixed. I see many other comments with the same issues as well, on different decides, so I know it's not any of my 4 different phones I've had these issues with throughout the years. Really sucks when you can't check the money you have when it's important to do so.

I've been using this app for a long time, but now that I have a new phone and have installed it on the new phone, it no longer works. The app won't even open past the logo, won't go to the sign in page at all. I'll try to racing the cache, erasing all data, force stopping and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, you name it. Waited a month to see if the developer would fix it, but they have not. I will be switching banks unfortunately because it's how I do 95% of my banking. Disappointed

When it works, it works great. However it doesn't always work. Sometimes it goes down for days. it's not like the app has evolved much over the years. Yes you can now deposit checks from the app which is convenient. I guess I figured the app would be somewhat stable by now..
