I've been using this app for a long time, but now that I have a new phone and have installed it on the new phone, it no longer works. The app won't even open past the logo, won't go to the sign in page at all. I'll try to racing the cache, erasing all data, force stopping and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, you name it. Waited a month to see if the developer would fix it, but they have not. I will be switching banks unfortunately because it's how I do 95% of my banking. Disappointed

I know how much money you're taking from me on my mortgage, and you can damn well afford a better app than this. There are essentially no features, though your website isn't much better so maybe the whole IT team is just outsourced with no oversight.

The app really has me thinking of switching banks. I have had an account with this bank for over 20 years. How many times ive had to reinstall this app just to transfer from one account to another is getting tiresome.
