Worse experience ever. I had inquiry about my payslip. Phone Sterling to get some answers in return i get: Customer service dont let me to finish my sentence,interruped me all the time. I asked 7 times to speak with management in return she just drop the line. The most arrogant company ever with the most highest fees. I forsed my employer do not use Sterling any more and i get more ££ in to my bank account. You have a choice do not use Sterling=save your money

I am sorry to read your review. Sterling prides itself on excellent customer service and putting the contractor at the heart of everything we do. As mentioned when you spoke to a Manager all our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purpose and your feedback is important to us and will be addressed if we feel necessary.

I've never had an issue until now, I've been trying to Log in to submit my mileage and receipts but it keeps telling me to download the latest version, so I check my updates and there is nothing available for updating which means I can not submit anything.

The problem was resolved via an escalation when the business opened, sorry for the inconvenience.

annoying when it would let you 'set' dates etc. and have to go off the app then open it again and the bar which is covering the set and cancel button is removed other than that works well

Thank you, we are aware of this problem on Samsung Galaxy 8/9 due to the phone navigation bar. It can be resolved by setting the navigation bar to auto hide within the phones settings. We have also tested this on the latest Samsung firmware update which automatically hides the bar by default. We have also created a patch which is due in ver 2.0.7
