"Tetra app" is "Currently Unusable". Every time I try to log in, it kicks me back to the login page with no error messages. The app is constantly crashing and none of the menu options work. You can only browse as a guest, which doesn’t allow you to place an order—making the app essentially pointless. To make matters worse, when I tried calling to place an order, no one answers. There's no way to complete an order, either through the app or over the phone. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The app is horrible, this is the 5th time I uninstall/install the app and when I go to the store they tell me we'll, sorry, deal with it. Can't even accumulate points. Honestly in the past year to me Tetra has declined tremendously, time to look for other dispensaries, and it sucks, since this was my favorite

you can't use the app unless you give your location... which is highly invasive. not everyone is comfortable giving out to invasive privacy policies.. maybe add a zip code box instead of live GPS. that being said.. tetra is expensive compared to other brands and 90% of their products are garbage. I'll use this in case something happens and I'll run out but just so tetra knows due to poor app design and trash products I won't be using this as app much.. they do have nice store design but thats it
