About this app

TSP Box Office is the door tool for staff working live events on The Stream Platform. Scan tickets, check attendees in, and keep an accurate head count at the gate, all from your phone.

This is a staff app, not a fan app. You need a promotion or venue staff account to sign in. It does not sell tickets and has nothing for general attendees to do.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Scan tickets fast
Point the camera at a ticket QR code and get an instant result. Valid tickets show the attendee name and ticket type so you can wave them through. Already used, wrong event, and unknown codes are called out clearly, with a distinct sound and color for each, so a busy door never has to guess.

Enter codes by hand
A code that will not scan, a torn ticket, or a screenshot with a dim screen is no problem. Type the ticket code in and look it up the same way.

Check in, and undo
Tap to check an attendee in. Made a mistake or scanned a test ticket? Undo the check-in in one tap. Every scan and check-in is recorded so the door history is always accurate.

Group check-in
When one person arrives holding several tickets from the same order, check the whole group in at once instead of scanning each ticket one by one.

Auto check-in mode
Turn on auto check-in and a valid scan is checked in automatically, so you can move a line quickly without tapping after every scan. Problem tickets still stop and wait for you.

Live door counts
Every event shows sold, checked in, and remaining counts, updated as you work. Pick your event from the list and the numbers are right there.

Attendee list
Search the full attendee list by name, email, or order number. Find someone who lost their ticket, confirm a name at will call, and check them in straight from the list.

Multiple doors, one count
Working more than one entrance? Check-ins sync live across every device on the event, so two doors never let the same ticket in twice and every phone shows the same totals. If a connection drops, scanning keeps working and catches up when it returns.

Report an issue
See something wrong at the door? Send a report to the event team from inside the app without leaving your post.

Switch events in seconds
Staff assigned to more than one event can change events at any time. The app only shows the events your account is allowed to scan.

GETTING SET UP

Sign in with the staff account your promotion or venue gave you. If you do not have one yet, ask your event organizer to set you up. Once you are in, the app shows the events you are assigned to and you are ready to scan.
