About this app

The Task Manager APP is to Create projects, assign tasks to the right people, and see progress update as your team gets things done — all from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO :

• Projects — create projects with a client name, description, start and due dates, and track progress and status.
• Tasks — add tasks with a title, description, dates, priority and category, and assign them to one or more team members.
• My Tasks — see everything assigned to you in one place, and update status as you go.
• Comments — post remarks on any task or project to keep discussion with the work.
• Calendar — view tasks and deadlines by date so nothing gets missed.
• Notifications — an in-app list of updates on the work assigned to you.
• Reports — simple charts for workload, task status and team performance.
• Team management — admins can add team members, set roles, and record performance ratings.
• Multiple companies — switch between organisations if your account belongs to more than one.
• Quick add — type an instruction in plain language and the app suggests a task or project for you to review and confirm.

PLEASE NOTE: SIGN-IN IS REQUIRED

The Task Manager is made for organisations, so there is no public sign-up. Your administrator creates your account and gives you your sign-in details. Please contact your administrator if you do not have an account yet.

PRIVACY

We keep it minimal. The app asks only for internet access. It does not use your location, camera, microphone or contacts, and it contains no ads, no analytics trackers and no third-party AI service. The quick-add feature works on your device from the text you type.
