TheTaxi Driver App is built for registered TheTaxi drivers to manage taxi hires, receive job alerts, update driver availability, navigate to pickup and drop-off locations, and complete trips efficiently.
With the TheTaxi Driver App, drivers can go online when they are available, receive assigned hires, view customer and trip details, start and complete hires, and stay connected with the dispatch team.

Location Usage:
TheTaxi Driver App uses location data to support driver availability, live dispatch, pickup coordination, trip progress tracking, customer safety, and accurate trip records.
When a driver is online, assigned to a hire, or performing an active trip, the app may collect location data in the background, even when the app is closed, running in the background, or the screen is locked. This is required to keep the dispatch system updated and to ensure reliable taxi service operations.
Drivers can stop location tracking by going offline when they are not on an active hire.

This app is intended only for authorized and registered TheTaxi drivers. Access may require approval from TheTaxi before use.
