Ratings and reviews

The news is fine but it takes literally coon's age to open up the app and also to open up any article. The waiting time for opening the app and opening the articles is horrible and the app does not even refresh the articles well. The app is nice in aspect of the deliverance of news but very poor in terms of downloading and refreshing the news. Sometimes when you click any article it just won't open up. Please do look into that matter.

I used to love the app so much! Unfortunately, cannot say that anymore. With the new update, all personalisation has been taken away, even the titles do not read completely. The share-buttons don’t work, either... In one word, horrible interface. Please, please rectify these. The media house is doing a fantastic job in the journalism front, and it’s a shame that the app has gone downhill. Ads are fine, but please make the articles readable and shareable.

The app is pretty much putdownable. Since they changed their interface the app stopped updating. I thought I'll uninstall and install it. To my dismay I find they have completely done away with everything. There goes all the bookmarks I had saved. Defeats the purpose of having a digital counterpart. Please rectify this. P.S. The app seems to have gone totally down the hill. Please fix it. The Telegraph deserves better.
