Awful app that was no help whatsoever. Only reason I downloaded it was because the email they sent to check my ticket status had a non-working "Review Documents" link, and surprise SURPRISE, I download the app and no matter what I try (email, phone number, license number,) there doesn't seem to be an account under my name. So now not only did I pay them $200 to take care of the ticket for me, I have no clue what happened to that ticket and my license shows as if it is pending for revokal.

App simply doesn't work. All the app is supposed to do is gather information, generate an email, and send that off to the Ticket Clinic office. Trouble is, it doesn't send the email, but it says it worked. I reached out a week after sending my info to them via their website and got a case started, they had no record of my case that should have been created by the app. The company was easy enough to work with via email, but their attorney fee was too high to make sense.

Didn't present evidence I provided, that would have cleared me - so even though they refunded my fee, I'm the one stuck with a ticket on my record, had to take traffic school, and insurance is higher. All because I was not represented competently, which should have proved my innocence.
