About this app

This is a property management program designed for real estate agents.

It can be utilized in various ways, such as managing schedules or publishing pages for client briefings, in addition to managing the property inventory.

(It can be used on both PCs and smartphones.)

■ (PC) Property Inventory

· You can manage listings by dividing them into multiple tabs according to your needs.

· Address recognition, pins are placed on the map, and building register information can be looked up.

· Shared Tab — A tab managed by multiple users.

· Recognizes units such as floor count and area, and searches by tags.

· You can import or export to Excel or spreadsheets.

■ Map View

· Details entered in tables appear exactly as they are on the map.

· You can register a property at that location or look up building register information by right-clicking on the map.

· New Construction Map — Buildings scheduled for new construction or completed nationwide appear as pins.

■ Client & Schedule Management

· View schedules in calendar, weekly, or daily units.

· 5-Step Progress Board — View all clients at a glance on a single screen. · Customers are managed via cards. Tags are automatically generated from notes, making property filtering easier.

· Incoming calls appear in your call history in real-time. (Android only)

■ App

· Unlike the PC version, the map is the main focus (no tables).

· Visit sites while viewing your location in real-time via GPS.

· Tapping the map displays building information for that location, and you can register properties immediately without entering an address.

· Property information can be filled in via ‘Speak’.

· The new construction map works exactly as it does in the app.
