You're in a parking lot at 5:40 in the morning with thirty students, four chaperones,
two buses, and a clipboard that is already out of date.

The Trip Binder is for that part.

COUNT A BUS WITHOUT COUNTING A BUS

Open a bus and swipe through it, one traveler per card, each with their count-off
number. Heard, missing, next. A clock runs while you go, and the app remembers each
bus's best time — which turns out to be the fastest way yet invented to make teenagers
answer when their name is called.

EVERY CHAPERONE SEES THE SAME COUNT, AS IT HAPPENS

Head counts sync live between devices. When a chaperone marks students at the back of
the bus, their marks appear on your screen while you're still standing at the front.
Nobody reconciles two lists afterwards.

THE ALLERGY IS ON THE ROW, NOT THREE TAPS DOWN

Allergies, medications, dietary needs and emergency contacts sit on the roster row
itself. When the text is too long to fit, it says "+ more" instead of trailing off —
because "tree nuts, shellf…" looks like a complete answer, and it isn't.

IT KEEPS WORKING IN THE BASEMENT OF A MUSEUM

The roster, the schedule and the medical notes stay readable with no signal, held in
an encrypted copy on your phone, and sync when you're back. The moment you need a
student's medication is rarely the moment you have four bars.

FAMILIES FILL IN THEIR OWN PART

Parents get a link. No account, no password, nothing to install. They add allergies
and emergency contacts, request a roommate and a bus, and send back the permission
slip. You approve the requests. The forms stop coming home in a backpack.

• Chaperone groups, room lists, bus assignments and count-off numbers
• Trip chat and announcements, with report, block and remove on every message
• Printable luggage tags, and a PDF of the whole binder
• Check instruments and first-aid bags in and out by scanning a barcode
• Lock the app with a fingerprint or face unlock

WHAT IT COSTS

Day trips are free. As many as you like, with as many students and chaperones as you
like — roster, head counts, attendance, schedule, chat and the family portal all
included, no card. There is no traveler limit on any plan.

Trips that stay away at least one night need a paid plan, because that is where room
lists, curfews and a much longer packing list begin. Build the whole trip first — you
only pay when you publish it, and nothing you set up is lost.

A one-time pass unlocks a single trip for good. A yearly plan covers every trip you
create and adds AI schedule drafts, watermark-free printable rosters and luggage tags,
and more file storage. Printing is done from the website with the same account.

Trips you are invited to are always free. Only the person who creates a trip pays.
