About this app

On every team, coworkers see things the owner never sees. Who carries the busy shifts. Who helps the new hire. Who disappears when it gets hard. Wevree gives them a safe way to say it, so you can run your team on what is really happening.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick what matters in your business: teamwork, cleaning, speed, reliability, or your own criteria.
2. Every week, coworkers who share shifts rate each other from 1 to 10. It takes a few minutes.
3. Each person rates alone, in a private step called Anonymous. Nobody can see who gave which score. Not coworkers, not managers, not the owner, not us.
4. Wevree works for teams of 5 or more. Nobody rates themselves, so each person's score comes from at least 4 coworkers, shown only as an average.

FOR OWNERS
- See who your team relies on, not just who looks busy when you walk in.
- Managers are rated by their team too, so you see if one is playing favorites or driving people out.
- Spot problems early and recognize your best people before they leave.
- Nobody, including you, can edit or delete a score.

WHO IT'S FOR
Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, retail stores, salons, clinics and other small businesses with 5 or more people. English and Spanish, and each person picks their language.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
Wevree does not tell you who to hire, fire or promote. It does not track location, cameras, cash or time clocks. It gives you an honest view, and you make the call.
