WattLog turns your EV's data screen into a structured log — just point your camera at the display and let the app capture the numbers.

Each session records starting battery, distance driven, average efficiency, remaining range, drive time, average speed, ambient temperature, and charging location. Add cost per kWh for spend tracking over time and compare to gasoline powered vehicles in your region.

Pretty good app, I just wish there was an option for "not charging" to be able log your drives between charges, and to be able to toggle between home charging, pay per charge, and not charging. I think that would make it more accurate as far as estimating costs and efficiency. otherwise it's pretty good! Thanks for your hard work in creating this!

Updated 8/18/2026. This is the easiest app to use and the data it OCRs can be edited right after its taken. Just use it everytime before you charge for the most accurate trends. OCR of the "Since Last Charge" screen works well. Enter the date and charging cost. Can compare to gas prices too which is fun. Data can be exported as a csv and viewed that way too.

Thank you! Longer trend graphs (like 30-day views) are actually planned for a future update. I love that idea. If you have more suggestions, just shake the app to send them over! Update: I just released an update to the app that adds 7 day, 30 day, and all time, time scales. Give it a shot!
