About this app

WorkTool is the social network built for small businesses — and the toolbox that runs them.

STAY LOCAL, STAY CONNECTED
Post your work, follow businesses and people in your area, and message customers and crew directly. Customers find you in the directory and send project leads straight to your business for free.

RUN THE BUSINESS FROM YOUR PHONE
• CRM — contacts, jobs and notes in one place, with import from your phone or other tools
• Estimates, invoices, work orders and supply orders — with your business name, address, phone and logo on every PDF
• Customers approve an estimate with a drawn signature; the signed copy is emailed automatically
• Duplicate, convert (estimate → invoice, work order or supply order) and search documents by number
• Internal notes your customer never sees

TOOLBOX
Simple, affordable tools that replace expensive, complicated software:
• Crew Timesheet — log shifts, hours and pay rates, and record payouts by week
• Projects Pro — manage more jobs and documents per business
• Team — invite members and set roles for each business you run

Built by contractors, for the trades and every local business that lives on its phone.

What’s new

• Voice commands: tap the mic on the Social feed and say "Add customer…", "What's my next job?", get directions, call a customer and more. Your speech is understood on your phone.
• Meeting Notes in the Toolbox: record an in-person meeting and email written notes to everyone who was there. 120 minutes free.
• Find businesses faster with a search-first directory, and pick your trade from suggestions.
• A refreshed Customer page, a logo switch for your PDFs, live Timesheet updates and many fixes.
