Seminote is a lightweight assignment planner built for college students who want a simple way to stay on top of coursework. Save each assignment brief with a title, course, progress status, and a short next-step note so you always know what to work on next. It is especially useful for planning homework across library sessions, dorm study blocks, and the gaps between classes on campus. The Focus tab acts like a daily dashboard by highlighting your first unfinished assignment in a large card, while also showing two other pending items nearby. It also includes quick counters for assignments in progress and completed, plus a fast button to add a new assignment brief at any time. In the Assignments tab, all of your assignment briefs appear in one compact list, visually grouped by status for easy scanning. You can create new entries, edit details as plans change, and delete finished or unwanted items in a straightforward CRUD workflow. The Search tab helps you instantly filter your list by title, course, status, or next-step text, making it easier to find the exact task you need. This is helpful when you need to remember which class an essay belongs to or where you planned to continue working on a problem set. The Profile tab gives you simple local stats, including your total saved assignments and preferred default study status. It also provides a clear-all-data option when you want to reset your planner for a new term or start fresh. All assignment briefs are stored locally on your device, so your study list stays available on one phone without extra account setup. With short forms, distinct tab views, and a focused layout, Seminote helps reduce mental clutter and makes it easier to move from planning to getting work done.
