No option for multiple library systems, despite their claims. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to switch between SPL and KCLS. And the developer responses to this issue in the reviews are not helpful. How about instead of telling us this is a feature, YOU ACTUALLY EXPLAIN HOW TO DO IT. I have been through every screen and menu several times. It does not exist.

If you have version 2.5.13 or later, In the home page, you will see the library account card. Just swiple left to add a card and keep changing the cards. In the next version, we are adding an arrow to explicitly show you can swipe.

When I click on the dialog box the words suggesting a search are actual text characters that preface the user's message. Is that intentional? Shouldn't they disappear so the user won't have to manually delete them? I'm trying to find out the proper way to return items borrowed before COVID-19 shutdown. This app doesn't seem capable of doing much that I can see.

Advanced search options are added in the recent version v 2.5.8. Return is not coordinated through the app. You can drop off the items anytime when you visit the library.

Frustrating and hard to use. All features are accessible through a chat bot, but there are no normal menus. The search feature fails to return even the most basic results. (I searched for keyword:sports and it said "No Results Found.") The app makes me reset my pin daily for no reason. Overall horrible experience. Edit: Wow! You replied to blame me for your app not working. (Support failed to respond.)
